CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy

No charges if a booking is cancelled before 3 days of arrival. If a booking is cancelled in the last 3 days of arrival, no refund will be entertained. Failure to arrive at our hotel will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be given.

If booking is made through online payment gateway on our website, the advance paid will be non-refundable. This applies to all dates and months.

In case of bookings made through online agents cancellation policy on their site will be applicable.

In day to day cases, check in time is 11:55 am and check out till 10:00 am.

Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID only; otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.
